IVA tax return quaterly

IVA tax return quaterly
Help needed - IVA quarterly tax return
We have a small AL (holiday rental) and due to a mistake we are forced to file an IVA tax return every quarter.
Since 2020 we file an IVA tax return quaterly and we had no problem doing that. We were resident until the end of last year.
Now we need to file the tax return for the 1st quarter of 2023 and we see a new column appeared. Inicio e cessacao de atividade (nr 13). Regardless what we fill in, it blocks.
Does anyone has the same problem? I don't know what to do.
