Default HELP PLEASE!

ok

so....this is the question

26000m2 of flat valley bottom & steeply wooded land
450m of stream/river frontage
not 1, not 2, but 3 ruined Xisto houses, each with a 25m2 footprint
& right ON the Aldeias do Xisto trail path-it passes right by the front of the houses

what would YOU pay?

We've seen this property, it's magical, but we're scared about the possible costs involved, & whether it may just become a spiralling money pit.....??

Any input/advice from anyone with relevant experience would be MASSIVELY appreciated!

Not much! I would think you'd have to stick to the 25m2 footprints wouldn't you?

In the resident this week , they said the banks were valuing apartments at 1.14 euros per square meter and land is about 1 euro per sqm, but I spose it all depends on location, state of repair and amenities, how much are they asking by the way, just being nosey

Titleist: "valuing apartments at 1.14 euros per square meter". Presumably you mean a thousand times that? I'm sure my apartment is worth more than 75 euros!

Agricultural Land is worth between 1.5 & 4 euros per m2 so on that basis the overall package is somewhere between €40 to €100k in a good market. No one can live in 25m2 and you may not get permission to enlarge by more than 10% so the properties don't add much to the equation really unless you have an amazing idea of what to do with them.

Is it three or more plot numbers or only one? That info makes a difference
