Hi Eric, thanks for the info, very useful did google translate, I would still like to be able to contact actual growers in PT if there are any, I know there are some near Seville, also to find any architects in PT with actual hands on knowledge of this technique, I already have some UK contacts

search Paul Benhaim one of my main go to sites for hemp info and growing and building with unprocessed hemp and who is the one who inspired me to go down this sustainable green and healthy building route

From what I gather your seeds have to be certified, you can get them from France, your strand has to be approved, I think that there is a catalogue or list, the amount of THC cannot be higher than 0,2% or it will be classified as a drug, you need to inform DGAV and the local authorities, PSP, GNR, PJ, a lab analysis certificate of the seeds, you are not allowed to replant using your seeds and I think that you may be entitled to some EU funds.
