There should be NO additional fees at either end. If there are - get back to HiFX and tell them to sort it for you.
They make their money on the marginal difference between the exchange rate that they get when they buy Euros on your behalf and what they actually offer you.

The only charge there will be would be a CHAPS fee from your bank through to us. Unfortunately this is out of our control and we don't cover this, although we will refund any bank recieving fees the other end.
Wherever possible, ask to do a BACS transfer which is a 3 day transfer and is free of charge. The rate is fixed on the phonecall so the timeframe isn't a problem.
