Default Fiscal Representative

Does anyone know if you live the majority of time in Portugal do you still have to have a Fiscal representative? Or, can you use your Portugese address?

If you have registered as a Resident you no longer need a fiscal representative.

if you spend most of your time in Portugal or if you work in Portugal, the government will assume that you are a fiscal resident anyway.
