EASYJET
For anyone who has complaints about Easyjet, my wife and I were booked on a flight on Wed 23 Dec (tomorrow) to return to the UK for Christmas with our children. We decided that this was not a good idea in the current climate even though the flight is still scheduled to fly tomorrow. I telephoned Easyjet just now, spoke to a very nice lady and she immediately started the process for a full refund of our money. Even if it takes a while for the refund into my credit card account because of Christmas / Covid-19, I will still be very impressed with Easyjet for customer service. They seldom disappoint me.

Re: EASYJET
Us too Bill, we were due to fly yesterday. Got an Easyjet email on Sunday offering a voucher etc if we had to cancel due to the current situation, which we duly did Monday morning. Received voucher today, very impressed. Meanwhile Ryanair (our return flight on Sunday) have informed us of the entry restrictions only.

Re: EASYJET
Another thumbs up for Easyjet from me. In March we had to cancel our Australia - UK return flights with Turkish Airlines, and two UK - Spain and Italy flights with Easyjet.
Despite being inundated with refund requests, Easyjet processed ours in 8 weeks.
Turkish Airlines took 7 months.
