Can anyone recommend a good Portugese cookery book in English?
Also what does one do with farinheira serrana?

Re: COOKERY
I'm 110% sure you'll find umpteen Portuguese recipes & recipe books in English by asking that nice Mr Google but I'd guess you can cook farinheira serrana in a similar way to haggis which is basically to put it in warm water & bring to a slow simmer & once cooked serve it as you like.............. From what I've seen of traditional, family Portuguese cuisine it's all fairly simple & personally not a fan of most of it.

Re: COOKERY
You’re pretty well already there if you know how to cook chips and how to eat them whilst watching tv,
