Thank you for your very kind offer. My flight out to view the property isn’t until 17th November. I so wanted to visit earlier but am house/horse-sitting for a friend last week in September and on holiday in Crete end Oct/beg November so unfortunately 17th was the earliest I could make it.

Bring warm clothing; also one of those rain ponchos ( anyone know what they are called in Portuguese ? I would like to see if the loja chinesa has one ).
