Munsterfan

The price I've got is 3.50 per kilo on the hoof. Is this a good price for a side of pork, cut & wrapped? It's NOT black pork but grain fed mottled black n grey hair....many little black babies that I can buy too..... But I'm looking at circe 65-70kg for a side.

Just got enormously annoyed at how much water came out of my Roast Pork yesterday...God only knows what else besides salt water was injected into the meat...So I'm buying my own animal so I think....I welcome ideas or contacts to any fair 'n honest rural pig farmers
