Default Application for Permanent Residency (PR)

Advice will be helpful from those who have applied for their permanent residency (PR) card, which I am eligible to apply soon. I understand an appointment with AIMA is needed.

Questions:
1) how far ahead can I book that appointment ahead of the date?
2) can I travel outside the country during the application process?

Detail, details & details.
PR under national or EU law?
When is your eligibility date?
Do you already have temp card and when it exp?

1. about 90 days ahead
2. depends on answers above

Keep in mind appointments are almost impossible to get, which are required for PR.

Thank you for your reply. Please see below:

PR under national or EU law? Under article 50 of TEU
When is your eligibility date? End of Dec 2024

Do you already have temp card and when it exp? Yes and expiry date is November 2027. The temp card I take it to mean the WA biometric card. We also had the CRUE.
