Android tv box

Yes you can. I assume on your box you have a Kodi app. Go to Settings then select Video , scroll down you will find Subtitles, scroll down info and you will find 2 lines : TV and Movie. Probably both have "None" against them . Click on any one of them and then you will get an option to select a list of subtitle sources. Click on the one you want and check that it shows "Downloading" and then "Enabled". Go back to Subtitle screen and you should see the name of the source you have selected.
When you watch a movie , say in the Phoenix App click on the subtitle box ( normally right side of lower screen and it will ask you to download. Movie will pause and the App you selected will come up, browse it and select a subtitle . When done movie will restart
Bad news is I have tried various and most of them are pretty poor.

Thanks will try that. I find some programmes easy to hear but others are a struggle.
