Hi,
I have a small AL-business.
My guests mainly book through airbnb.
The question is: what is my income?
The guests pay a fee to airbnb (about 15%) and we pay a smaller fee (about 5%).
Is is correct that my income is what I receive from airbnb PLUS my 5% fee to airbnb?
It cannot be the amount the guests pay to airbnb.
We will hire an accountant and he told me that he needs to send an invoice to the airbnb-clients. That is strange, because the guest only did a payment to airbnb.
