What has everybody recieved from the doctor? Do we need anything other than a signature and a stamp on that letter? Do we need any medical certificate or cover letter?

I'd suggest its a stamp and signature... my docs tries to give me a pre employment medical.... cost £105... not just yet thanks. ..

It specifies on the form its NOT a full medical at this stage, that will be requested later. Some doctors are up there with bloody taxmen!!!!

Just been to get the Dr to sign the form. No hassle, no cost. He's even going to try the 'its only one sit-up' tonight as like everyone else he can't see the fuss.
