New to all this: where to start looking?
Hi all, I've just found this Board and it's got me thinking. Where's the best place to spot the elusive ads for overseas recruiting/ direct entry offers from Canada/Oz etc? I've not seen them in the Police press so is it word or mouth? Any info would be grateful. Cheers,

Nearly all Canadian police forces do not recruit directly from the UK you need to have a visa first although Edmonton are currently recruiting and a few others may follow suit in the future. Edmonton I believe did advertise in Police Review. The best thing to start with is decide whether Australia or Canada is right for you then contact the service of interest. That is how I found out about Edmonton and their PNP status.

Trouble with RCMP is that you have to be a Canadian citizen to apply.
