Why on earth would having a divorce stop a person from having a visa. God this country can be so archaic and backward sometimes.. .is it considered as a badge of dishonour ? .... lets not forget the strongly entrenched kabit culture, and deadbeat dads/single mom culture in lieu of divorce in this country

Divorce in the Philippines is not recognized as it does not exist under local law that is why they charge stupid amounts for annulment. Maybe the only country in the world that is more popish than the pope
