Default Renting - what is normal?

We are looking to rent out a property here , furnished.
Is it normal to include items such as cutlery, pots/pans,crockery etc in the rent or do tenants provide their own?
Never having either rented, or rented out a place (other than a holiday let where everything is included!) we have no idea what is accepted practice here.
The legal bit -lease, insurance etc is fairly straightforward.
all advice welcomed folks!

An American friend rented a house in Roxas City a couple of years ago, everything was included, but the small items were of the cheapest quality, this is to stop renters exchanging 6 good quality forks with 6 cheap and keeping to good. I have no idea if it is normal for everything to be included.

We are renting and had everything you could imagine right down to the smallest things included, but I did see units with nothing but white walls and a bed/sofa. Think you can do your own thing and probably depends on who your market it as to what would be the best idea.

Good luck!
