Hi,can anyone tell me please has the Quarantine been lifted especially in Manila and Davao,thanks.

Frank, Manila is going to stay under GCQ for quite a while as cases are increasing at a fast rate nearly everywhere. Relaxations like cinema and arcade opening have been cancelled.. Expect more restrictions to be imposed even though an official higher Quarantine level will not be imposed. I will report on these in NCR Lockdown. Some hot spot Barangays will get special measures.....areas for those include Pasay, Makati, QC. A few cities bordering other cities having case surges have put up checkpoints in some of their areas on the border to control entry.

I don't know much about Davao. It was kept under the looser MGCQ for months for obvious political reasons even though it had a bad outbreak which really deserved GCQ or worse. That has now been brought under control. To do that extra measures must have been brought in. Whatever they were maybe they will be relaxed soon.. That's in Davao City. Nearby Davao del Sur and Davao del Norte provinces have also improved but are showing some recent smaller increases, so their trends are not clear. Davao del Sur was kept in MGCQ along with Davao City. Davao del Norte is being kept for now in the more restrictive GCQ.
