Foreigners from countries that have COVID-19 cases are barred from entering the Philippines.
So those that are planning a visa run or holiday are advised to revise their travel plans.

I wonder if entering with a BB stamp wether the Phil's will consider it as a residence visa or even if flying in wether the airline will accept the possibility of receiving a BB stamp considering it's discretionary nature. Would be nice to know if anybody is arriving such.

I would hazard a guess that as BB is a discretionary privilege granted at the point of entry I doubt that BI consider to be a residence visa and as a consequence airlines will refuse to accept.

The situation isn't completely clear. There are some sources

maintaining that spouses of Philippine citizens are allowed entry.

As quoted by PNA https://www.pna.gov.ph/articles/1096467
'Duterte said entry travel restrictions will be imposed upon those traveling from countries with localized Covid-19 transmissions, except for Filipino citizens including their foreign spouse and children, if any, holders of Permanent Resident Visa, and holders of 9(e) Diplomat Visas issued by the government.'

Just seen on ANC News that foreigners can stay without having to renew their visa until further date. So looks like no need for visa runs or local renewals.
