Moving to Cebu
I was supposed to be visiting my gf in Cebu and then moving to Cebu later on this year, but with the COVID situation, my flight has been canceled twice. Do you think there will be any chance of reopening flights to Cebu or Manilla this year.

No, even spouses can't enter at the moment unless they have a pre existing residence visa.

Foreigners married to Filipinos or parents of Filipino children are allowed to enter. They must arrange a visa before arrival, a 9a visa will suffice, but has to be before arrival.

What are the visa status of applicants in AUH?
Quite frankly with the disjointed and dishonest practices of DOH why on earth would anyone wish to enter this land. |
