Default Looking for work

Im here in Iloilo City with my Filipina wife and 3 of our children, this is the 2nd visit to the Philippines, and im not the kind of person to just sit around all day doing nothing, which is what im doing now, apart from running around after 3 kids under 3. I thought i could find some work, keep myself busy, I have money so don't need to work, i like to work to have something to do and some place to go like i would if i was in the UK. I know there is many call centers and this is something i like to do, but don't know how to go about asking for work ect,

Do you know how i can apply, or do you know anyone who need an British native speaker to work in a company, I have herd of RSVP who are looking for English native speaker,

I would even consider doing some work for free within a call center environment or similer.

I have been here long enough now to be able to travel alone and commute like a local, so that is not a problem for me.

If there is any job offers please let me know if your interested in employing me.

Hi MDC,

That's great to hear - Let me introduce myself first
I work at one of the multi-national BPO companies for almost 13 years now, as a Senior Software Engineer.

Apart from that - I am also a licensed real estate broker :-)
I sent you a PM.

Thanks,
Tracy

The first thing you must consider is that you need a work permit to work legally in the Philippines. It is your prospective employer who will process this for you. For this to be successful your prospective employer must submit that the job you are going to do cannot be filled by a local. Working without a permit risks deportation. It's up to you if you are happy to take the risk.

Hi MDC,

I already sent an email.
And yes if you will work full time in a company - you will need work permit,
We can talk about this as well

Thanks
Tracy
