A couple of decent bandages of various sizes. some plasters for knife cuts etc, a air way breather for CPR. a small pair of flat nose sissors.
Swabs, Sling for arm / shoulder problems.
and a decent first aid book.
Now !!! The new changes to first aid will come in later this year mid october
so please be aware that new changes are due out soon.
Do your own basic risk assessment.
Tablets such as headache pills should NOT be included in the box.

If you would like more info Please have a look at this UK web site
www.firstaidcafe.co.uk
it is free to join.
also i do have the list by the UK HSE for the basis contents of what should the contents of the box as well.

+1 on British School Manila. A colleague sends his children there and he was all praises about that school.

Good luck on your move limetree1!
