A couple of decent bandages of various sizes. some plasters for knife cuts etc, a air way breather for CPR. a small pair of flat nose sissors.
Swabs, Sling for arm / shoulder problems.
and a decent first aid book.
Now !!! The new changes to first aid will come in later this year mid october
so please be aware that new changes are due out soon.
Do your own basic risk assessment.
Tablets such as headache pills should NOT be included in the box.

Hi all,
Hope your planning is coming along we now have dates. We will be there somtime late December, so you will all be there before us
At least I will have plenty of time to sort things this end - will also give my 13 year old a complete term term here and she can start afresh at her new school in January.
Please do keep me informed on your advice for settling in etc. Let me know how it goes and keep intouch.
Fingers - crossed for you all.
