Default Help please.

I am from the U.K. and New Zealand. I am married to a Filipina and we bought land in the Philippines in Siargao. Then we built a house on that land. We have all the paperwork to prove we done everything legally. We have a neighbour who is from American. In his late 50’s who is a class C felon. For drugs and guns in Hawaii.
Anyhow. We are suing him for cyber bullying. An Australian guy is suing him for fraud. A Spanish guy who s suing him for selling him a car that never worked properly.
our neighbour has never been married to a Filipina. But he dated a Filipino some years ago and they are no longer together. She had 2 sons by another American man. That did not work out. When they split up with the help of the girlfriend he bought 2 bits of land next to us and put the boys names as the owners. Then my neighbour started dating her and when he found out her bots had this land he manipulated the boys who are now adults into letting him rent the land from them. He claims he is renting the land for 50 years when in-fact you can only rent the land for 25 years.
then last year our neighbour renting out the land to an Australian guy and the owner had no idea he had done that. So can a foreigner who is renting land from a Filipino then rent it out to another foreigner with out the permission of the Filipino owner? Also the lawyer who made the contract is the same lawyer we used to make a letter to send to the Manila immigration office a year b4 hand. Surly the lawyer who know about our neighbour being the same person. Is this allowed to happen. The lawyer is the lawyer for the mayor
any info would be great.

A residential lease is usually 25+25 years, sub letting doesn't sound legit. If he is truly a felon he's likely to be deported at his next isa renewal.
