Exit requirement for Filipinos
Hi
Can anyone advise on the exit requirements to enable a Filipino to travel from the Philippines to:
a) Hong Kong
b) Dubai

For Hong Kong just buy a ticket and pay the travel taxes, no visa required as a visitor.
Dubai you will require a visa. They seem to be aquired in Dudai and posted to the Philippines although I don't see why you can't get a visa from the embassy in Manila.
Now the hard bit, many filipinos are refused travel at NAIA even if their paperwork is in order. If the immigration officer suspects you are travelling for work on a visitor visa they will refuse exit.
