Reports from around the world yesterday about widespread effects of the cyber software glitch.
Here the news agencies reported it only yesterday evening with ABS CBN showing a photo of crowds at NAIA.
Nothing about any other issues.
Does that mean no issues for other IT systems here Eg banking?
Or are they just not being reported due to "off line" being a normal situation?

Haha...at least many organisations here probably need their windows versions replaced!
As of today nothing has reached the news media about wider effects. Though there were some vague reports of banking issues on Fb. Signalling most business and government organisations here don't have good cyber security installed. I think that will be noted by those behind cyber attacks.

I think a lot of balls have been dropped. I knew a guy who worked/works for a large company, his job was to check anything that came in from Microsoft before it was pushed out to their wider system. Does this not happen anymore.

Maybe only a very few businesses and organisations have the ability to check something like Crowdstrike?
It seems that like Windows as the main operating system this Crowdstrike app seems to have dominance in cyber security for large organisations. Not healthy.

If you are interested Crowdstrike have published the findings of their investigation on X.
It was a sensor positioned close to the core of the Windows OS.
