Default Building contractor needed Subic Bay Area

Hi we have finally found an ideal plot of land in or around the Subic Bay Area can any one recommend a building contractor? Needs to be a good one that has high standards as I want the best.
Need to clear the land first so machine will be needed ( clear just where the house will go and the drive way in only at first)
Also a good architect with a proven back found is needed

Thanks in advance

Tony

When we had our house built, the architect supervised the building work, and was responsible for hiring the work force.

It is usual as well for the architect to give a list of material requirements, and for the person employing him, to procure them.
