Forgot to ask how your cake making is going. Ganache back to usual standards with a return to double cream?? We went to Oz in November& they had double cream in the supermarkets there. Just NZ were they don't!

ganache great ta!! am also enjoying not having to scour ingredients on stuff for blinkin gelatine!!
