Beech Family Update we have been here 8 weeks and bought a house today! CELEBRATION TIME CELEBRATION TIME I CAN BUY THE NEW FRIDGE FREEZER AND DO THE REST OF THE SHOPPING FOR THE NEW HOUSE!!!!!!

Having looked around at rentals and decided we did not want to live in a cold damp home. We also looked at a wide variety of properties around the Wellington area and were disappointed by the standards that we found so we decide to go for a new property which is being built by a developer - best decisionwe made, we will get all the mod con of the Uk but the space and views of New Zealand - perfect world.

So we will be living in Upper Hutt from just before Christmas!! To top all of this, we have found an excellent church were we feel very at home. We are ready for the rest of this amazing adventure.

So here we come guys, Wellington, watch out the Beech family has finally put down roots!!!

Many congratulations, that sounds awesome. I bet your new house will be nicely heated aswell. Two things I'm dreading are lack of central heating and sand flies!! Do you mind me asking if it was fairly easy to get a mortgage out there?
