Sorry I hadn't realised OH hadn't replied to you. How are you settling in? We have been here six months now and still adjusting after three years in Auckland. We like Paraparaumu but the commute is a bit of a pain, especially in Winter.

Humidity --- I have been here since April, so this is my first summer and the Humidity is relentless, is it really better further south? I pack my case while typing......
