Default UK midwife moving to Qatar

Hi all,
I am a midwife working in England for almost 2 years now.
I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice regarding relocating to Qatar to work as a midwife? The information online is so limited. All the relevant email addresses I have found online and reached out to have never replied to me. I have been looking for months now and feel like I'm getting nowhere.
From what I can understand is that I need 2 years post qualification experience. And some hospitals need you to have completed the prometric exam.
My questions are:
Is it essential for me to complete this exam now before I apply for jobs?
Does anyone have any tips for my situation?
Thank you in advance 😊
