Transferring super ann???

Default Transferring super ann???

Hiya

Although I havent worked for 7 years I did have money paid into superannuation when I was last working and as far as I know that money should still be there somewhere.

How can I find out how much is there and can I transfer it to the Oz scheme when I start working there?

Are you sure you can transfer it out? There are only certain places you can transfer out to. I know mine is now frozen

Be careful with NHS pensions.

Very few schemes can compete with a 'final salary' scheme such as the NHS one. You may better off leaving it where it is.....depends on many factors such as how long you have been in it.

This is an area for specialist advice.

I have 20 years of NHS superannuation and want the best advise possible.

Sorry....I don't really know.

I already receive my pension (one of old the perks of working in MH) so don't need to transfer it.

Alan Collet is recommended on this site....he often posts on the forum so check one of his posts.
