Hi,

I'm here in perth on a 457, working as a nurse, I want to work on a different ward, but for the same employer - has anyone else done this whilst on a 457?

also, if / when I transfer to a different ward , do I have to have continuous service, or can I have a couple of weeks off before starting new position? or would that invalidate my 457?

I don't want to have to apply for another 457 as already got 176 application in the system.

Since you're staying with the same employer you just move wards. The 457 is attached the hospital, not the ward so as long as it's the same hospital it's fine.
