So far I have figured I need following forms for nursing skilled independant 2323-11:

47sk Appliction for general skilled migration to Australia

80 Personal particulars for charachter assessment

Subclass 136 Document checklist for Offshore skilled section - ASPC

Other than all your skills documents, birth cert, CV etc. is anyone aware of any other forms from Australia IMMI that should go to DIMIA with this application.

For skilled independent, they are normally the forms you need.

If you have a child aged 18 or over (or likely to turn 18 during processing) you need form 47A. Get professional advice in that case as dependency issues for 18+ children are tricky.

Cheers have those three then and he's under ten so don't need forms for older ones. Had hoped to get off this weekend but delay with couple of certificates and the copying so will do for next.

Can I just check I am applying on skilled independant and when i looked the 80 personal particulars read as if it was to be done on request any advice Chris

Form 80 should be completed by all applicants aged 16 or over.

It's not compulsory on application but sending it in advance will save a possibly delay later on.
