what a carry on to become registered in victoria. sent off application feb 05 under mutual recognition(registered in N.Z & U.K). Practising certificate had expired in n.z, so re-registered there. Informed victoria, they needed official practising certificate, which was sent from N.Z to me in the U.K. Scanned it and e-mailed it to victoria for proof, then sent it off in the post. And by the time they have got their act together my N.Z practising certificate needs renewing again.it expired 31st march. Even though all my practising certs were valid on applying, and when they took the $120.00 off me, they will not process it now. So now I can either pay $50nz and renew my practising certificate, or just send off documents from my u.k university and employer as proof of training and work experience.
Due to start work 16th of may, flying out 29th april, 457 visa application still not lodged due to registration board.what a nightmare!!

What a pain!!! I wish you luck in trying to sort this out and hope you can get your skills assessed in time.why have they taken so long to sort it out?
