Default Which is The Quickest / Easiest Australian State To Register In?

Hi,
I am hopefully going to WA on a 457, probably Perth and so I originally thought I would just apply to register with NMBWA then do a modified skills assessment with the ANMC for when I apply for PR once I have got there.

Looking at recent posts from February it seems the NMBWA are really slow and possibly as competent as the NMC!

Which states are easiest to apply to that take a short time so that I could consider registering in one state then apply for mutual recognition?

Definitely NBSA (South Australia); I had it over and done in less than a month and found them efficient and comeptent; also answered my e-mails! I read horrendous stories on here about ALL the other state boards!

Mine only took 11 days with NBWA, really easy and straight forward, but that was 2 years ago so maybe things have changed.
