QNC payment

QNC payment
Hi,
When you apply to QNC do they normally take the application processing fee, and then later when they have accessed you do they take license fee. Or is it normal to take both at the same time. I assumed they would take it all, but a friend of mine told me that they usually take them seperate (they did for her and a few others). I checked my bank today and they have taken both. I am not complaining, just woundered if they are finally working a bit quicker? and maybe I will get my registration through soon. Or is this standard practice and could I still be waiting in 6 weeks.
