I have been a District Nurse for the past 6 years. I am now a Quality Lead Nurse. I am mainly involved in clinical governance, training, competency development and service improvement, predominantly in District Nursing but dabble in Health Visiting and Practice Nursing. In the next few months I will pick up some clinical hours to get my skills back up to date in case I have to go back to hands on nursing.

Hi everyone,
After 13 years of community nursing in UK came to Sydney and one and half years of community nursing here almost destroyed me. Have been working in caridac/respiratory/ccu for last two years, much better IMO.
