My UK registration has expired - can I still do the NCLEX?

My UK registration has expired - can I still do the NCLEX?

It expired last year so too late to do a retrospective renewal and there is no way I have fulfilled my prep requirements. So, whadya think? Can I do the NCLEX and nurse in the US?

not sure, may be worth posting this question in the international forum at www.allnurses.com. I think you will need NMC to send verification of licence
