Midwives in Brisbane
are there any midwives currently working in Brisbane
How is the job situation.
I dont really want to work as a nurse so would like to get midwifery work rather than take my chances with an agency
any advice would be welcome

i work in north queensland and am forever seeing jobs advertised for Midwives in Brisbane. You should be ok. Look on www.seek.com.au as well as queensland health. On the latter site you can get to have a look at the hospitals in brisbane. The Royal Women's and Childrens has a good reputation as do a couple of the others.
