hi guys,

i have had an offer of work and been offered roughly $28 dollars per hour. does this sound about right, they are setting me off on pay scale 1:5 and i have 4.5 years experience in the UK.

Yep......that's about right.

It is a grade 1 with 5 year's experience.

It will go up a point each year and you will also get extra pay for evenings, weekends etc. but generally pay scales are similar to the UK.
