Default JHC MHU shifts anypne?

Hi
Just finished some night duty at Joondalup Mental Health Unit. Wondered if anyone else had any experience working there. I find Mental Nursing nursing quite different from working in the UK: more charts and paperwork - not sure if due to me or their systems and processes. Any comments on mealth health nursing in WA appreciated.

Hi I'm interested in this as am working at a Mother and Baby Unit in Subiaco. The unit is not yet operational so in the dark about practice issues. Whats good is that this is going to be a new team so can be more influential regarding nursing practice.
