Hi all really new to the site so please bare with me,

I'm currently finishing my 2nd year of adult nursing and I wont to prepare to move to OZ but I dont know where to start?
I would like to move to Brisbane or Sydney as i've visited those places.
Do I apply for a Pr visa or not?
Help would be appreciated

In very basic terms....

Once qualified you would be best to go to a recruitment agency, once a job offer is made and you accept you will then be put on a 457 visa. Whilst on this visa you can apply for PR if you choose to.

I am sure someone will be alone shortly to give more info.

if you email the HR department in the hospitals you would be interested in they will guide you.
I spoke to them at the Maters in Brisbane and was given a relocation guide from them. they will initially help you with 457 (you will need to have been qualified a year before you can apply for the 175 PR) but will sponser you for the PR at a later date. They offered a relocation package wich is non refundable provided that you stay there for 2 years, i cant remember the figure on top of my head but would include, flights, shipping of furniture and temporary accomodation etc. here is the link http://www.exceptional.org.au/docume...ationGuide.pdf
