Hi Tass,

App not yet sent .....

We are runnin a little behind Nikki. We have meds next Tuesday, and then have to await the results of that AND ANCI skills assessment to come back ..... then watch this space! Even for the entertainment value £50 is worth it if you can track the application!

Am enjoying every minute of Nikkis track and trace , can't wait for yours . It makes it so real when you see other peoples applications at roughly the same stage going away. aaaaaaghhhhhhhhhhh ...too exciting !!!!!, look us up in Sydney when we all get to Oz .

So I know DIMIA has it

We should think of a few suggestions of what the tracking would

say at DIMIA for a laugh

Any ideas anyone................

Hi Nikki!
This is GREAT news! We've decided to use DHL too ... at least they offer a 'tracking service' that you can actually track!
(We had our meds done yesterday, so that's another hurdle out of the way) ....now just the skills assessment to await .... ho hum!

Still really pleased for you!

Thanks ecando it's a relief now it's gone.....

Have you got your police checks back?

I expect you have to wait for results of blood tests I had to have

a Hep B and C too as the Dr said that it's a new requirement by

DIMIA for a Hep C from June and it would be best to have it !!!

Were you told the same?

Nikki x

Ps I enjoyed tracking the application it was fun!!!

Hi Nikki,
Police checks are back ... they were the first thing we sent off for ...
The bloods have gone to be checked, and the rest of the med forms are being held by the doc. He will then send everything off to DIMIA for us. He reckoned that the bloods would be no longer than 7 working days !

We are now just waiting on the ANC for the skills assessment ... (they sent us a receipt on the 21st May ... we still haven't received it! Bloody Royal Mail !)
As soon as that is back ... we can send the application off! How long did your ANC assessement take (from sending to receiving)??

time for !

We just need to .... wait! AAAGGGHHHHHH!!

Hi Ecando

My doctor sent the med forms all completed and sealed back to us

which I was pleased about so we could send our package off all

neat with a nice contents page

At least I know the forms are all there and together!

My ANC took 8 weeks, on the acknowledgement letter was a date

of when it was expected to be processed and that was 8 weeks

away.

At least you've done your meds etc that will have saved time

The DIMIA took our visa money 1/6/04 aaccording to our online

statement

Now it's getting the house ready to put on the market!!

Well ... another day of the postie walking past the door ...
We still haven't received our achknowledgement letter, which we know was posted on the 21st May! Thinking of asking ANC if they will send the assessment letter by registered post and we'll pay for it ... Royal Mail have also lost the property information forms we completed and sent 3 weeks ago (seny 30 miles down the road!) along with our driving licences etc, so we're now no further forward on the sale of the house
We have lost all faith in the Royal Mail ... and the revised time of us moving out of our house, is around the time of (hopefully) hearing from the ANC .... redirected mail takes for ever to arrive at the new address ... which is still to be decided upon!
Is it too early for !!

Yep - meds are out the way ... and it was great to have them done to show there was 'nothing scarey' hidden away!
Good luck with the house ... I hope is goes really quickly for you ...
Whereabouts are you selling??
