Flinders or RAH

Hi I am wondering if anyone has been involved in either Flinders Medical centre and/or Royal Adelaide? I have been offered a job in each and am not sure which to take. One is emergency room (whaich I've never worked in and the other is a 35 bedded ITU. I currently work in ITU/HDU and really enjoy it but 35 bedded unit is huge to me!

Any help from anyone would be much appreciated!
