which is better
This is one of those things that it is hard to know unless you live there or know nurses there.
If you were looking for a job, which is better ; for example, regarding benefits, working conditions, etc....a government job such as QLD Health, or a private job such as Blue Care, and why?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

*laughing*
The phrase "the blind leading the blind" comes to mind.
The only comment I have gotten so far is from a family counselor friend in NSW, she feels private is better, but points out that she isn't a nurse. Another friend that is a nurse has been out of nursing for years so feels she can't comment.
