ANZSCO codes - and a Health Visitor question.

ANZSCO codes - and a Health Visitor question.
I see that the ANZSCO codes seem more 'specialized' than previous, does anyone know if they are restrictive in what areas you can practice in the future? Presumably if you register as an RN (medical) there is nothing to stop you working in A+E in the future?
Also, my partner is a Health Visitor and Paeds Nurse - it makes sense to me that she register as a Child + Family Health Nurse (this is also what she intends to practice as once in Oz)...does this sound about right? Any HV's going through this at the moment, or gone through it?

that sounds right.
I'm a school nurse and am classed as a child community nurse ANZSCO 254414.
The child and family nurse will cover HV.
