Just spotted this

Just imagine if this happened in England, the beach would be closed down, the race would be stopped, the police would be getting involved and insurance company's would be counting their losses and the race wouldn't be held again cos no-one would be able to afford the public liability insurance next year.
Not in New Zealand the spectater's just push the Jet boat back in so the driver can finish the race.
I think that's great, lucky no one got hurt though.

You're under the wrong impression if you think that it's so free and easy here. It's about as bureaucratic as the UK and people are just as PC.
