Just been offered a job in Christchurch working for Nurse Maude, does anybody have any experience of working for Nurse Maude that they can share with me.

I don't know much about them, but I do see a couple of their cars around Rolleston area.

doing what? they have a few different services - they have the hospice service and a hospital service as well I think, and then they have the community based services with carers providing personal and domestic care in people's own homes.
have had some dealings with the community based services - seem very busy with lots of clients predominantly elderly living in their own homes or in studios attached to retirement complexes.
the people that I have spoken to who have worked for them have done so for many years so that must be a good sign to.

Hi just to say I do know someone that works for Nurse Maude in Christchurch she has a small car and drives to clients homes all the time she loves the work I could get more info for you but you should also get lots from this site if you would like I can get lots more info for you just PM and welcome you will love it in NZ. WHAT part of Christchurch will you be working from?

Hi There ,

I have been offered a job too for Nurse Maude and start in July 09. From what I have been told by my nursing agent who got me the job it is a good place to work for (she had worked for thm some years ago).
So I may see you there? When are you starting?

I will be out there in November working as a Community Nurse for Nurse Maude, we are looking at living in Rangiora/Woodend. What area of Nursing will you be working in, and where are you thinking of settling?

am also working as a community nurse. Dont suppose you are gng through agency called Accent? Not sure where we will be settling as yet going to have a good look round when we arrive. Look foward to meeting to you! If I can help with anything prior to you arrival let me know .

it is a small world eh. Husband is a nurse too just awaiting results of interview.... Accent have been fab for us so so helppful. Yes will let you know how all goes. Do you have email add/facebook add so we can keep in contact? If you want that is.
