Try some local plonk, the decent stuff, how about some 42 degrees below, Kiwi paraphernalia, All Black/Black Caps shirts, some Maori wood carvings, original artworks of NZ (I have plenty of them), calendars showing NZ places or natural beauty or interest, Kauri tree seeds, now there’s a challenge!

The list is really almost endless.

Pineapple lumps, a beautiful picture book or calendar on NZ and something lovely made from kauri wood. Oh and a bottle of Cloudy Bay.

Record the commercial breaks onto a video cassette and take that back for them to have a laugh at!
A packet of Sausage sizzlers ... once home grill them some and slap in a slice of bread and watch their faces lol.

thats uncanny - pineapple lumps are already in the bag (although admittedly more from an ironic perspective than anything else), and cloudy bay is my favourite sauv blanc and VERY hard to get hold of in england.... i only found it once from a friend who is a wine merchant...

i like the calendar idea - that works.....

thanks!

hmmm thanks, since its only for workmates it really needs to be something a little more "throwaway"....... what is "42 degress below"? ive never heard of that....presumeably some reference to the latitude, but what actually is it?

surely a " steak and cheese " pie would liven up any set of workmates.
