what are our chances?
hi i am a nurse who is in the process of trying to obtain a greencard for the usa however we have new zealand down as an alternative if things dont work out. so my question is: how easy do you think it will be for my husband to get a job out there? he is a carpenter by trade but also has experiance in plastering, brickwork and most aspects of building.
he was also in dairy farming for many years (but i dont think he fancies that again but if need must he probably would)
any advice would be gratefully recieved
thanks

They are gagging for skilled people here (especially from Europe) which is why you can get over on 100 points now - compared with 165 points a year ago. Your husband will easily get a job over here. Go for it.
