Allow lots more time for this journey ( around 7 hours) and be VERY prepared, you are very much on your own up there, but it is superb scenery.:thumbsup:

BTW the road opens on 28th December at the moment subject to weather/ fire risk; this was amended after the rain this week. Up till then, Molesworth Road was closed indefinitely ;)
